How AI Integration Services collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.
This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Integration Services ("we", "us", or "our") collects when you visit this website or contact us through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
We only collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us through the contact form. When you request a free AI workflow audit, we collect your name, work email, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, industry, and a description of the task you'd like help with. We also record which of our sites the request came from so we can follow up from the right brand.
- Basic analytics about your visit. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from). This is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies and includes things like your approximate location, browser, device, and pages visited.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about the free audit.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services and this website.
- To understand which pages and brands are useful to visitors.
We will only use the details you submit through the form to follow up with you about your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site:
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Google Forms receives and stores contact-form submissions on our behalf so we can follow up with you.
- Google Analytics provides the website usage statistics described above. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for analytics — to measure and improve site performance and to understand how our marketing campaigns perform. We don't use them to build advertising profiles or to show you ads on other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to follow up and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them when they're no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We honor these requests regardless of where you live — just reach out using the contact details below.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
